I am Dr. Terry Ellis, a strategic consultant with 3+ decades of experience guiding leaders in growth-oriented organizations to drive transformational change. I have a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, among other industry recognitions. I integrate DiSC assessments into my consulting and facilitation services to equip leaders and teams with the self-awareness and strategies needed to foster high-performing, cohesive work environments.

Before working as a strategic consultant, I created the office of strategy management. Essentially, the department in charge of successfully executing a strategy. I was in charge of a myriad of different projects, and over the years, it clicked to me that the vast majority of people show up to work with good intentions. However, at some point, something comes loose and issues start arising.
That’s where I step in.
As a strategic consultant, I partner with leaders and executives who identify gaps in their team – performance, operations, you name it.
I don’t simply come in and tell you what to do. Instead, collaboration is at the forefront of everything we do. Together, we will uncover the dynamics at play and how they affect your performance. From there, we’ll have the information we need to create an action plan that addresses them.
