I’m Dr. Terry Ellis, a strategic consultant with a Ph.D in Human and Organizational Systems.

My first foray into strategy implementation was creating the Office of Strategy Management, aka the department in charge of bringing strategies to life to generate impactful results. Since then, I’ve accumulated 20+ years of experience managing transformational change in growth-oriented organizations, working side-to-side with leaders to solve complex problems through strategy design and implementation.

I’m passionate about transformational change — and most importantly, how humans impact organizational health and outcomes. Rather than addressing isolated symptoms, I am adept at identifying the gaps that cause organizational issues to propose holistic solutions for the challenges executives and stakeholders face.
